The Ukrainian government has approved the Concept of Implementing the National Policy in Heat Supply and Ukraine’s Energy Strategy until 2035 ‘Security, Energy Efficiency and Competitiveness’, an Ukrinform correspondent reports after today’s meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
“The major task of the energy strategy is to reduce energy consumption of Ukraine’s economy by half until 2020,” Ukrainian Vice Prime Minister Volodymyr Kistion stated, commenting on the adoption of the energy strategy.
