The major risks during the final of the UEFA Champions League are a terrorist threat, pocket thieves and scuffles between fans, according to Kyiv police.
The head of the main directorate of the National Police in Kyiv, Andriy Kryshchenko, said this at a press conference on May 22, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.
