The Kyiv City Council and Tbilisi City Council (Sakrebulo) have signed a memorandum of cooperation, the press service of the Kyiv City Council reports.
In particular, the document is aimed at deepening the cooperation of the parties in the field of municipal development, local self-government and strengthening the practice of public participation.
