The blockade of the Sea of Azov is another proof of the consistent destructive regional policy of Russia, which continues its aggression in Donbas and does nothing to de-escalate the conflict. President of Latvia Raimonds Vējonis said this at a joint briefing with President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko in Kyiv on Nov. 24.
