The Government of Moldova has adopted two resolutions on the liberalization of road transport and air services with Ukraine, the government’s press service has reported, according to Ukrinform’s correspondent in Moldova.

“Moldovan freight carriers will no longer pay taxes for transit across Ukraine. On the basis of the approved documents, the international carriage of goods both bilaterally and in transit for vehicles conforming to EURO III and above will be carried out in a liberalized regime without the need to hold authorizations for international carriage. Previously, these authorizations cost between 8 and 12 euros per race,” the report says.
