Yevhen Kravtsov, the acting board chairman of Ukraine’s state rail operator Ukrzaliznytsia, has been introduced to the company’s staff, according to the 112 Ukraine channel, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
Kravtsov said that he planned to improve the quality of rolling stock.
