Kyiv’s Pechersky District Court has rejected a petition filed by the Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO) regarding the arrest of property of former Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko in the case on the illegal withdrawal of the Mezhyhiria residence from state ownership, Head of the PGO’s Special Investigation Department Serhiy Horbatiuk has told Ukrinform.
