The forcible deportation ordered by the Soviet authorities of the Crimean Tatars from the peninsula in 1944 is a crime without a statute of limitations.

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said this on the Day of Remembrance of the Victims of the Crimean Tatar People’s Genocide, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
