The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has received a note from the Russian Foreign Ministry with a proposal for the Ukrainian side to provide written guarantees of Ukraine’s participation in the continuation of criminal prosecution of Ukrainian sailors in accordance with Russian legislation.
