The so-called Dzhankoy District Court in Russia-occupied Crimea has sentenced Yevhenii Dobrynskyi, a serviceman of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, to three-and-a-half years in prison for allegedly illegally crossing the state border of the Russian Federation and smuggling drugs, Verkhovna Rada Human Rights Commissioner Liudmyla Denisova has said.
