United States Special Representative for Ukraine Negotiations Kurt Volker will arrive in Kyiv the week of Sept. 10.
“I’m heading to Kyiv this week for meetings on how to bring peace for Ukraine and to speak at the YES Ukraine Annual Meeting,” he wrote on Twitter.
