Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has invited his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko to attend the second Forum of Regions of Ukraine and Belarus, to be held in Zhytomyr this autumn, Ukraine’s Ambassador to Belarus Ihor Kyzym has told BelTA.
