The representative of Ukraine in the sub-working group on political issues of the Tripartite Liaison Group in Minsk, Roman Bezsmertniy, has said that it will be possible to talk of the prospects of the deployment of the OSCE police mission in Donbas in three to five years.

Ukraine's army and pro-Russian separatists both announced on October 1 the pull back of their troops from a small eastern city as agreed in a demilitarisation accord signed last month.Ukrainian military spokesman Valentin Chevchenko told AFP that both sides had moved their forces to several kilometres (miles) away from Zolote.
