A shooting incident took place in Kherson city in southern Ukraine; a man opened fire, shooting at bystanders on April 24. A man deceased due to gunshot wounds, the local police reported.
‘An unknown man fired several times, shooting the 49-year-old neighbor of the appellant. Due to the incident, one man deceased instantly, while another wounded man was taken to a hospital’, the police department said.
