The Cabinet of Ministers, Ukraine’s government, has approved new rules for crossing the contact line in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, which introduces new approaches to the procedure for the movement of persons and goods, as reported by the Ministry of the Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine.
