The militants of the so-called “DPR” (self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic) in eastern Ukraine say the “DPR” Revenues and Duties Minister has been assassinated by a car bomb in the occupied city of Donetsk on Saturday morning, September 23, according to the militants’ information resources.
Two explosions occurred near Myru Avenue in the city center at around 8:30. Employees of the “DPR” law enforcement agencies cordoned off the incident site, the Russian media reported.
