You're reading: UNIAN: ‘DPR’ militants defy withdrawal deal in Petrivskiy

The militants from the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (“DPR”) have stated that they return their armed groups to the previously-held positions, that’s according to Russia’s state-run TASS news agency referring to “DPR” representative Eduard Basurin as saying.

“The Ukrainian side has disrupted the disengagement of forces in Petrivskiy,” Basurin said adding that the militants were moving back to the positions they held before.
