The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is strengthening the role of civil society in public procurement.
Together with the Partnership for Transparency Fund (PTF) and the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) the Bank is launching on Jan. 25 a two-year project to monitor the public procurement of goods and services using the national electronic procurement system, ProZorro, and a special application developed by Transparency International Ukraine for collecting feedback, the EBRD reported.
