Russian leaders and their proxies in Donbas have resorted to blackmail by canceling a scheduled skype conference of the Trilateral Contact Group on Donbas settlement, according to the former head of Ukraine’s Foreign Intelligence Service, Mykola Malomuzh, 112 Ukraine TV channel reports.
