Ukrainian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, agent of Ukraine Olena Zerkal has announced that the UN International Court of Justice in The Hague has completed hearings on Ukraine’s case against Russia; a court ruling is expected by the end of April, according to an UNIAN correspondent.
