UNIAN: Klimkin hands over letter to UN Secretary-General asking to help liberate Kremlin’s hostages

Ukraine’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Pavlo Klimkin has forwarded a letter to UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres asking for his assistance in the release of Ukrainians, the Kremlin’s political prisoners, according to the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the United Nations.
