Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko says that LLC Evrorekonstruktsiya’s combined heat and power plant (CHPP), which supplies heat and hot water to nearly 300,000 households, has 25,000 tonnes of coal in stock now, according to TV Channel Kyiv.
