UNIAN: Kravchuk – Minsk process can’t end Donbas war, format should be expanded

The first president of Ukraine Leonid Kravchuk says the Minsk process is not capable of ending the war in Donbas, while the negotiation format needs to be radically expanded, according to an UNIAN correspondent.
