Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said Ukraine intends to turn UN peacekeepers into “occupation troops,” but Russia will not allow “cutting contacts” of the occupied Donbas “with the outside world,” according to an UNIAN correspondent in the Russian Federation.
