It would be unacceptable for the United Nations to adopt a resolution on the UN peacekeeping mission in Donbas branding Russia an “aggressor state,” that’s according to Vladimir Putin’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov, an UNIAN correspondent in Moscow reports.
