The Kremlin has said that the work at the “expert level” is underway to prepare for the meeting of the Normandy Four leaders at the highest level – the Heads of Ukraine, Germany, France and Russia, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told journalists on Sept. 30, according to an UNIAN correspondent in Russia.
“It [the Normandy Four meeting] cannot be ruled out, the work at the expert level is underway. After the necessary conditions are prepared, the final decision will be taken and we will inform you of that,” Peskov said.
