Vladimir Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Nov. 16 that the exchange of Ukrainian political prisoners held in Russia for Russian citizens held in Ukrainian prisons “is not on the agenda” so far, according to an UNIAN correspondent in Moscow.
