Kyiv’s Holosiyivsky District Court by its decision of June 16, 2017, has arrested Yaroslav Tarasenko, 36, a resident of the city of Pavlohrad (Dnepropetrovsk region) for two months without bail; he was detained on suspicion of involvement in the murder of former State Duma deputy Denis Voronenkov, according to the press service of Kyiv’s Prosecutor’s Office.
Tarasenko is charged with a premeditated murder committed by a group of persons upon prior conspiracy under cl.12, part 2 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
