Kyiv’s Svyatoshynsky District Court has rejected the petition of the prosecutor’s office for the preventive measure against the leader of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN) Volunteers Movement Mykola Kokhanivsky, suspected of hooliganism, and chose a preventive measure in the form of around-the-clock house arrest with the obligation to wear an ankle bracelet, an UNIAN correspondent reports.
