Chairman of Donetsk Military and Civilian Administration Pavlo Zhebrivsky says that electricity arrears of the occupied areas in Donetsk region are estimated at Hr 3.9 billion, or $150 million, with the total debt of the region owed to Ukraine being Hr 5.6 billion, or $215 million.
