The number of buyers of real estate in the city of Kyiv is decreasing, as a mere 2,350 apartments were sold in 2017 on the primary market and 3,210 on the second one against 4,515 and 4,960 apartments in 2016, respectively, according to Liga.net, referring to ARPA Real Estate.
