Ukraine’s steps to ensure conditions for the children to learn the state language are understood, according to Minister of Education and Science of Latvia Karlis Sadurskis who met Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin on September 29, the press service of MFA Ukraine reports.
