Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Valeria Lutkovska has noted an increase in the number of cases of unfair prosecution of Ukrainian citizens who are working in Russia and who have decided to return home or terminate contracts, according to TV Channel 112 Ukraine.
