The mother of a Russian military serviceman Viktor Ageyev, Svetlana, has crossed into Ukraine on Friday, July 21, a Russian journalist Pavel Kanygin, who accompanies the woman, has told Novaya Gazeta by phone from a train late Friday.
It is reported that the Ukrainian side agreed to allow the Russian woman entry with a Russian passport for internal use, as an exception.
