Ukraine’s Finance Ministry says the payment of dividends to the national budget by National Joint-Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine at the end of 2019 was calculated and carried out based on the results of the company’s operation for 11 months, not taking into account the receipt of $2.9 billion in compensation from Russia’s Gazprom under the Stockholm arbitration award.
