Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine Alexander Hug has reported about a 300 percent spike in the use of weapons banned under the Minsk peace agreements on Donbas.
“Last week the use of Minsk-proscribed weapons increased by approximately 300 percent,” he said at a briefing in Kyiv on Dec. 22.
