“The Ukrainian members of the JCCC (Joint Centre for Control and Coordination) have reported that a car belonging to the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission was blown up when it hit probably a land mine at around 10:17 local time today, April 23, while patrolling in the village of Pryshyb in territory of the so-called Luhansk People’s Republic (“LPR”),” the ATO HQ said.
According to preliminary reports, there were killed and wounded among the OSCE SMM members.
