The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine has stated in its report for October 12 that the monitors spotted over 500 explosions in the area of the Ukrainian-controlled strategic port city of Mariupol in eastern Ukraine.
“The SMM recorded more ceasefire violations in Donetsk region compared with the previous reporting period,” reads the report.
