UNIAN: OSCE spots Strela-10 missile systems, anti-aircraft guns as militants violate withdrawal lines

Donbas militants continue violating the lines of military equipment withdrawal, according to the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission’s report of August 12.

“In violation of withdrawal lines in non-government-controlled areas, on 10 August the SMM observed six surface-to-air missile systems (9K35 Strela-10, 120mm) traveling south-west in the south-eastern outskirts of Luhansk city,” reads the report.
