Head of the Polish Foreign Ministry said that Normandy format must be expanded, and the peace talks should include Poland and the United States, according to a statement published by Poland’s Foreign Ministry.
“In our opinion, the Minsk agreements will not be implemented,” said Polish Foreign Minister Witold Waszczykowski.
