Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko says he hopes Ukraine will be granted a visa-free regime with the European Union this summer, according to an UNIAN correspondent.
“I appreciate the support of the head of the Greek government on the issue of the introduction of visa-free regime as soon as possible. We’ve discussed today that it will accelerate [flows of] Ukrainian tourists to Greece,” Poroshenko said at a joint press conference with Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras in Kyiv on Feb. 9.
