Speaking in Parliament on December 5, Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko said that the law enforcers have revealed who else had been plotting actions to undermine the constitutional order in Ukraine, being sponsored from Moscow and with the use of assistance from Russia-backed separatists, an UNIAN correspondent reports.
