Only 11 lawmakers voted in favor of the draft of 321 MPs registered in the session hall, an UNIAN correspondent reported.
As stated in the explanatory note to the draft resolution of non-factional MPs from the All-Ukrainian Union Svoboda, the adoption of the draft law saw “a gross violation of constitutional requirements and Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada on the lawmaking procedure.”
