Ukraine’s SBU Security Service has detained a citizen of Ukraine, K., in Kyiv, who in 2014-2020 acted as one of the “supervisors” of leaders of Russia-backed separatists in Donetsk region through the Main Intelligence Directorate (GRU) of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
