Russia began early preparations for aggression against Ukraine and started amassing a military grouping along Ukraine borders after the war in Georgia, former head of the Main Intelligence Department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (2008-2010) and ex-chairman of the Foreign Intelligence Service (2014-2016) Viktor Gvozd told a Kyiv press conference December 4.
