You're reading: UNIAN: Russian MP says Ukraine did not invite Russia’s delegation to PABSEC General Assembly in Kyiv

Head of the Russian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC), State Duma MP Mikhail Emelyanov says Russia has not received an invitation to the General Assembly’s session to be held in Kyiv in late 2017, which was for the first time over PABSEC’s 25-year history, according to the Russian news agency TASS.

“The PABSEC General Assembly is to take place in Kyiv at the end of the year. An unprecedented incident happened when the Ukrainian side, the host country, did not invite Russia, a member country, to the session. It has never been before,” he told TASS.
