A second batch of 60,000 tonnes of coal from the United States was on Oct. 12 delivered by the Victoria vessel to the state-run Yuzhny (“Southern”) Sea Commercial Port in Odesa region for one of Ukraine’s major power generating companies PJSC Centrenergo, according to the port’s press service.
