Ukraine should itself decide whether it should apply for membership in NATO and what way it should choose to define its course toward Euro-Atlantic integration, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg told a press conference in Brussels on November 4 ahead of the meeting of the Bloc’s foreign ministers.
