Regardless of the threats voiced today by Russian President Vladimir Putin during the national Hot Line, the Ukrainian state will prevail, says Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov.
“No matter the threats by the Russian president, the Ukrainian state does and will exist!” Turchynov stressed.
