Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov says that with the Russian-Belarusian joint military exercise “Zapad -2017” (West-2017) the Kremlin will test ground regarding the general readiness of its armed forces and the nation as a whole for a “big war” with the West.
